Using Soamge

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Soamge. These terms apply to the Android app and to soamge.com.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older. Signup includes a date-of-birth check, and we close accounts that belong to under-18s.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, shared or transferred.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password private. Every account confirms an email address and records a mobile number; that verifies contact details, not a person’s identity or intentions. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Acceptable use

Soamge is for grown-up conversation. Do not use it to:

• show nudity or sexual content, or behave sexually towards someone who has not welcomed it;
• harass, threaten, stalk, insult or discriminate against anyone;
• involve, depict or approach anyone under 18;
• record, photograph, stream or share another person’s audio or video without their permission;
• advertise, solicit, sell or promote anything;
• impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your age or identity;
• run bots, scrape the service, or attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer it;
• break the law, or help anyone else to.

Calls and content

Soamge does not record or listen to your calls: audio and video connect directly between devices. What you say and show is your responsibility, and so is what the other person does. Remember that another participant may be able to record using their own device, so share personal information thoughtfully.

Plans, coins and payments

• Plans are bought inside the app and are handled securely by our payment partner over UPI. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees before you pay.
• Regular (audio only): ₹100 for 2 hours, ₹500 for 5 days, ₹2,000 for 20 days, ₹3,500 for a month. Premium (video and audio): ₹300 for 2 hours, ₹2,000 for 5 days, ₹5,000 for 20 days, ₹7,000 for a month.
• Plans do not auto-renew. You buy a fixed period and it ends by itself; buying again while a plan is still running adds the new period to the time you have left.
• Coins cost ₹20 each and are used for private connections. Coins are not transferable between accounts.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our refund policy.

Earn Talk

Earn Talk is an optional monthly subscription (₹500) for people who want to earn from private calls. It requires a set number of random calls each day to stay active. Earnings convert to money at ₹20 per coin less a 10% fee, with a minimum net withdrawal of ₹100, paid to the UPI or bank destination you save. Earnings obtained through fraud, abuse or manipulation may be withheld.

Keeping Soamge safe

We may review reports, warn, limit, suspend or close accounts, and remove content, when we believe these terms have been broken or that someone is at risk. You can report a problem to our support team by email or from Helpline Support inside the app. We are not obliged to monitor every call, and we may keep records needed to deal with abuse and to meet legal duties.

Availability

Soamge is provided as it is. Calls depend on your network and device, and matching depends on who is available, so we cannot promise that you will always connect or meet anyone in particular. We may change, pause or withdraw features.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Soamge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what other users say or do, for content shared between users, or for problems caused by your network, device or a service we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You can stop using Soamge at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Closing an account does not create a right to a refund except as set out in the refund policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be mentioned in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. Questions? Email affluence@soabhunine.com.
