Email us
Write to affluence@soabhunine.com. This inbox is monitored by the support team, and replies come back to the email address you wrote from.
From inside the app
Open the menu and choose Helpline Support. Describe your query and send it: it goes straight to the same support inbox with a reference number (for example SQ-1042), and we reply to the email address registered on your account. If our email cannot go out, the app keeps your query and offers to send it from your own mail app.
How quickly we reply
Usually within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Payments and account access issues are treated as urgent.
What to include
- For a payment: the order reference shown in the app, the amount, and the date. This lets us trace it immediately.
- For a technical problem: what you were doing, what happened, and your app version and Android version (shown in Helpline Support when you send a query).
- For a safety report: the name or username of the person, roughly when it happened, and what took place. We review every report and can warn, limit, suspend or close accounts that break our terms.
Payment and refund requests
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner over UPI. Refund requests and any duplicate charge should come to affluence@soabhunine.com with your order reference; see the refund policy for what we can refund and how long it takes.
Privacy and data requests
To see, correct or delete the information we hold, email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. Write from your registered email address, or we may ask you to confirm from it before we act. Details are in the privacy policy.
A note on account security
We can only discuss an account with the email address registered to it, and we will never ask for your password, your card number, your UPI PIN or a one-time code. Anyone who does is not us.
