Who we are

We are a team that builds digital products: Android apps, websites, AI services and eBooks. Soamge is our social product, and it follows the same goal as everything else we build — software that is reliable, easy to use, and safe to trust with your time and your information. Our mission is to deliver experiences that help people connect and get things done, without surprises.

Soamge is developed and operated by the Soamge team. The person reading your message is a human being, not a bot: our support inbox is affluence@soabhunine.com.

What Soamge is

Soamge is a random audio and video chat app for adults aged 18 and over. You join a queue with one tap and are connected to someone new for a one-to-one conversation. There are no profiles to build and nothing to swipe: the point is a real conversation with a real person.

• Audio is open to everyone, with a free daily allowance: 20 minutes a day for men and 60 minutes a day for women. The allowance resets each day.
• Regular adds unlimited audio during the plan and lets you choose whether to meet women, men or anyone.
• Premium adds live video as well as audio.
• Coins are an optional way to pay for private connections, and Earn Talk is an optional monthly subscription for people who want to earn from private calls.

How the app is designed

The design choices below are the ones that matter, and each is something you can verify in the app or in our policies:

• Media connects directly between devices. Audio and video are carried peer-to-peer rather than through our servers, and Soamge does not record or listen to your calls. As with any call, another participant could record using their own device, so share personal information thoughtfully.
• Every account is contact-verified. Signup confirms your email address with a one-time code before the account can be used, and your mobile number is kept on file for account security and support.
• Adults only, enforced at signup. A date-of-birth check blocks under-18 registration, and we close accounts that turn out to belong to a minor.
• Credentials are protected. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and payment details are handled by our payment gateway rather than reaching our systems.
• No hidden behaviour. The app does what this page, our store listing and our policies say it does; there are no dormant or undisclosed features.

Safety and moderation

Conversations are live and private, so we rely on people telling us when something is wrong. Every account must accept our terms of use, which define the behaviour we prohibit, including harassment, sexual content, impersonation and anything involving minors.

Report a problem to our support team by email (affluence@soabhunine.com) or from Helpline Support inside the app, with the name or username of the person and roughly when it happened. We review every report and can warn, limit, suspend or close accounts.

Privacy and your data

We collect what the service needs — your account details, how you use the app, and payment references — and we do not sell your personal information. We do not record your calls. The full detail, including what we never collect, how long we keep things and how to ask us to delete your data, is in our privacy policy.

Plans, payments and refunds

Plans and coins are bought inside the app and processed by our payment partner over UPI; prices are shown in Indian Rupees before you pay. Plans do not auto-renew. If you were charged twice, or a payment did not activate what you bought, contact us and we will put it right — see the refund policy for what we refund and how long it takes.

Our commitment

• Transparent and compliant design — features are described as they actually work, and our policies are kept in step with the app.
• Regular updates — we ship improvements and security fixes, and the app shows the version you are running when you contact us.
• Secure handling of user data — hashed passwords, verified accounts, direct device-to-device media, and no call recording.
• Responsive support — we usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, to the email address registered on your account.
