Who we are

Soamge is a random audio and video chat service for adults. In this policy, “we” means Soamge. Questions or requests go to affluence@soabhunine.com.

What we collect

• Account details you give at signup: name, username, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, who you would like to meet, and your place, state and country.
• How you use Soamge: calls started and connected, minutes talked each day, your connection history (the names and usernames of people you have talked to), coin and plan history, and private talk statistics.
• Payment information: purchases are processed by our payment partner over UPI. We receive the order reference, amount and status. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Support messages: the queries you send from the app, together with the reference number we give you.
• Technical information: app version, device platform, and standard server logs (IP address, time and request) used to run and secure the service.

What we do not collect

• We do not record or listen to your calls. Audio and video connect directly between devices.
• We do not read your contacts, photos, files or messages.
• We do not track your precise location.
• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Why we use it

• To run Soamge: matching you with other people, applying your plan and coins, and keeping your history available to you.
• To verify accounts, using a code sent to your email address.
• To take payments and to pay out earnings for Earn Talk subscribers.
• To keep people safe: detecting abuse, fraud, and accounts that belong to under-18s.
• To answer your support queries and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make Soamge work, and only what they need: our payment partner for purchases, our email provider to deliver verification codes, and our hosting provider to run the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to prevent serious harm.

How long we keep it

Your account details are kept while your account is open. Call statistics, connection history and support queries are kept while the account is active so the service stays consistent and accountable. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and you stop being matched; a limited set of records may be retained where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account and data deleted. Write to affluence@soabhunine.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered email address so nobody else can act on your account. We reply within 30 days.

Age limit

Soamge is for adults aged 18 and over. Signup includes a date-of-birth check, and under-18 registration is blocked. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

Cookies and the website

soamge.com is a simple information site: it sets no advertising or analytics cookies. In the app, your session is stored on your own device so that you stay signed in until you log out.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Accounts are verified by email address, and payment credentials never reach our servers. No system is perfect, so please use a password you do not reuse elsewhere and keep your device locked.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned in the app.
